Mr. Moore has an extensive background and experience in economic development, including entrepreneurship. He was a Principal Partner of a major construction company where he grew the company from 2 to 35 employees with $12MM+in  topline revenue before participating in an M&A deal that acquired his firm.

His leadership is evidenced by his many roles, including C-Suite management, operations, category management, training, brand promotion, sales, and engaging with government contracts and procurement.

Mr. Moore has a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and  Journalism from Juniata College. He also attended the  University of Maryland’s Contractors College and the Stella Adler  Conservatory of Acting. He is a graduate of the U.S. Marine Corps Officer Candidate  School.
